This is a good news for those Windows Phone users who are very cautious to only install the most stable build of the mobile operating system. Windows 10 Mobile build 10149 packs a number of changes and improvements, including updates to the user interface, Cortana, and updated apps. However, as always this is a pre-release version, as such it’s not a build ready for the daily use. Although, Windows 10 Mobile is already coming together, Microsoft won’t be releasing it at the same time with Windows 10 for PCs.
