Windows 10 build 10074 brings a few significant changes over the build 10061. One of the first things users will notice is that previous builds included the “Windows 10 Technical Preview” watermark label on the desktop, starting build 10.0.10074.0.fbl_impressive.150424-1350, Microsoft is beginning to use the term “Insider Preview” instead of “Technical Preview”. The new preview of Windows 10 also brings a number of changes, such as the new Cortana integration with the Start menu. In addition, this build includes the new blur effect for the Start menu, taskbar, and Action Center, and users will also notice a new 3D flip animation for Live Tiles. On the desktop environment, users will see a new sound control, “Personalization” has been removed from the Control Panel, and Settings get a few new improvements a new back button next to the section name in the title bar and Windows Defender settings have now been moved to Update & security.
