News and interests button on the Windows taskbar might have blurry text. Apps might have issues accessing event logs on remote devices. (Resolved on June 6, 2021.) A high-pitched noise might be heard when using 5.1 audio with certain settings. (Mitigated on May 18, 2021.) Automatic input of Furigana might not work as expected. (Mitigated on May 18, 2021.)
While it is good to see that a rollout is off to a good start, this is expected since it is a small update that does not include significant changes, and Microsoft has been proactively fixing many issues during the past several months. Also, the software giant is using a gradual rollout approach, and it’s only making the 21H1 update available for devices known to have a smooth upgrade experience. Although the new feature update does not have big problems, as more devices install version 21H1, Microsoft will probably continue to update the dashboard page with more problems and workarounds as necessary.
