While the new preview of the mobile operating system has a number of known and unknown issues, there is a number of changes that makes Windows 10 Mobile build 10149 a good build. There are also various refinements on controls with updated icons and visuals. According to the company the new build is more responsive to use too. Cortana: The Notebook is almost complete with Profile and Settings integration. Starting on build 10149, you can now set up Quiet Hours inside Cortana’s Notebook. In addition, now there is a Flashlight access button on quick actions, and you can customize which quick actions appear in Action Center without having to expand. Updated apps: In Windows 10 Mobile build 10149 there is an updated Photo apps, which includes performance and reliability improvements, and now support GIFs files on phones with 1GB of RAM or more, and users can now link to locations inside of Photos, such as to screenshots and photos, and camera roll is now available on the albums page. Automatic camera roll upload can now be managed within OneDrive. Additionally, Microsoft is updating many of its apps, such as Mail and Calendar, Music, Movies & TV, and MSN apps.
