The new Surface trade-in program is only available for limited time (5/5/2015 – 5/31/2015) in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Although, the tablet is available Australia, Hong Kong, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand.
