The Roku app makes easier than ever before for users to enjoy their favorite TV shows and movies on a Windows 10 device, and with Cortana support, you can start the app and start watching videos using only your voice.

The app has been designed in collaboration with Microsoft. The user interface is very simple and easy to navigate with keyboard and mouse, using gestures on touch-enabled devices, or using voice commands with Cortana integration.
If you’re trying to control a Roku device in the house, you can also use the built-in remote control, and with easy access to “My Channels”.
Roku also implements an easy way to search content. Just type what you want to watch in the search box, like TV show, film, actor, or director, and Roku will begin collecting results for you regardless of the service.
The app also features “Play to Roku”, a feature that lets you cast photos and music from your computer to the biggest screen in the house. The Roku app for Windows 10 is available now from the Windows Store, but only in the United States. The company plans to release the app internationally in the near future. Remember that it’s a companion app, you’ll still need a Roku device to access all the available content and services through the app.
