The idea is basically to use Sets to make sure that all your activities for a particular research be connected together in a single experience which you can resume with one-click. Sets comes enabled by default on build 17063, this means that alternatively, you should be able to simply open the Settings app, and if you see a “+” button just like you see in Microsoft Edge, then the new tab experience is enabled on your device. Also, you can also open Microsoft Store apps like Mail & Calendar, and if you see the plus button, then you have Sets enabled. This feature is still in the very early days, and it’s something that may not arrive until the end of 2018, which is when the Redstone 5 update may release.
